Responsibilities

  • stablish Customer Service standarts for evaluation
  • Asses quality and service based on pre-define standarts for all customer service fields (phone call, email, live chat and social media)
  • Divert any services that fail to meey rigorous quality standarts
  • Check process and regulations in Customer Service team and propose improvements needed to achieve KIV for Customer Service Dept.
  • Evaluate the functionality and efficiency of the processes and services

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as QC SPV in Call Center/Customer Service field, preferable from e-commerce background.
  • Communicative, good appearance, active, and have good interpersonal skills
  • Have a good leadership and high commitment and responsible
