Responsibilities

Customer Services Internship JD

Goal: provide first class experience to VIP customers.

(a) be responsible for handling all calls, live chat, email and other kinds of enquiries from the

customer.

(b) · Responsible for the continuing optimisation of the overall work flow;

· Support Customer Care desks and improve the Customer Service Rep. work flow;

· Customer relationship management and retain;

· Account relationship management;

· Support Operation team on the ground;

· Support management team on daily routine work;

(c) Able to commit within short notice or immediate

(d) Collecting feedback from clients re. services, products, etc.

Requirements

- Bilingual speaking

Salary

500 - 800 SGD
