Customer Happiness Officer at KnocKnocK is the key corporate representative on various fronts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Deliver personalized service to our individual customers and corporate clients such to maintain customer relationship to achieve high level satisfaction

2. Handle customer inquiry via call, email, etc in a timely manner

3. Coordinate with different parties of the entire order fulfillment process

Requirement

1. Minimum Diploma Holder with relevant experience preferred

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Bilingual

3. A “people person” – approachable, engaging, energetic and empathetic

4. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduate also highly welcomed.
  • Required language(s): English and one more launguage
  • Required Skill(s): communication, people skill
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
