Front Desk Executive (e-Hospitality Startup)

  • Conduct check-in and check-out for guests living in MetroResidences' apartments islandwide 
  • Communicate with guests throughout their duration of stay
  • Direct requests to the proper channels (maintenance, runner, sales, duty manager…etc)
  • Plan, manage and audit housekeeping standards done by housekeepers
  • Prepare check-in, check-out and process final bill for guests


  • Valid class 3 driving license (MANDATORY)
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
  • Willing to work shift system (8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm) and 5.5 shifts per week
  • Experience in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Customer Service is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Good telephone and email etiquette
