Sales & Marketing Manager - Freelance - Part-Time (B2B) - Singapore

Archibazaar (www.archibazaar.com) is the region’s first collective online platform for architects, manufacturers, suppliers and practitioners of the architecture and construction industry. Through Archibazaar’s interactive portal, we aim to increase your brand visibility to key decision makers of the industry. With available products all located in one place, it will simplify the specifying process while also being a common platform for users and vendors to interact, acquire information and share expertise. For architects and designers, Archibazaar is the most ideal way to publicise your work, find inspiration and source for products. The online platform allows for projects to be viewed from multiple angles, from the manufacturers’ to the architects’ as well as from other consultants, making it the richest and most complete platform for architecture and design supplies.

Additionally, the website provides continuous information for a vast community of architects searching for the latest industry updates. These can include project highlights, products, events, interviews and competitions.

Mission : Our key aim is to produce the latest and relevant expert information from key industry players and to distribute it across the Archibazaar community of architects, designers, researchers, manufacturers and suppliers, building a cohesive platform for the exchange of ideas and shared data.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a freelance Sales & Marketing Manager (B2B) based in Singapore, who is ready to take on an exciting challenge with Archibazaar.  Someone who has a passion for sales. You will work with Archibazaar as Sales & Marketing Executive on a commissioned based income for a start.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for and qualifying new leads - Acquisition of new customers (manufacturers and suppliers of high-quality products and materials in the fields of architecture, construction, interior furnishings, and design)
  • Hitting quotas for outbound outreach to determine interest in Archibazaar products and services.
  • Selling qualified opportunities by learning about their needs and explaining the Archibazaar product.
  • Convert engaged opportunities into customers through conscientious and timely follow-up.
  • Document all customer interaction in a customer relationship management data.
  • Investing time and effort in learning about challenges for manufacturers to connect with the architecture community.
  • Visit customers when required

Requirements

  • Skills, experience and passion for sales
  • Comfortable with performing cold sales calls
  • Adaptable and eager to learn and implement new processes and technologies
  • Architectural & Construction background is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of the architectural and construction market and the industry.
  • Skills in communication and persuasion
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Min qualification Degree
  • Singaporean and Singapore PR only
