Responsibilities

The Journey

  • Work closely with management to set strategic direction for target market, customer acquisition, product and service pricing, and key value proposition
  • P&L responsibility for meeting growth targets through customer acquisition and key partnerships
  • Execute deal process from relationship building, creating commercial propositions, negotiating to post-contract signing onboarding
  • Structure, negotiate and set up partnerships with key partners
  • Guide the creation of high-quality pitch decks, client reports and marketing materials
  • Build up and manage a sales team, design sales processes and implement the necessary inbound tools to optimise the sales conversion funnel
  • Support new country expansion initiatives

Requirements

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a top university
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or management consulting
  • Proven track record of exceeding P&L targets
  • Excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate details simply to various stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial. You take action and own everything you do
  • Experience with CRM software (Hubspot, Salesforce or similar)
