Customer Support Officer

SecretLab is a company, founded in May of 2015 and based in Singapore, that is dedicated to creating the ultimate seating experience. It is dedicated to manufacturing chairs designed for comfort over long hours of use, both at home and in the office. The Throne V2, flagship OMEGA, and TITAN lines manufactured by us are quite popular, having been well-reviewed by notable publications such as CNET, HardwareZone, and The Straits Times. SecretLab products are available worldwide, including in (but not limited to) Malaysia, Australia, the United States, and more.

At SecretLab, we are a team of highly-motivated individuals that take great pride in our work. We are ideally looking for versatile, driven, and result-orientated individuals who would be willing to share our vision. We want a pilot who can fly inverted when the engines fail. You will not be micro-managed, and will be given your own space to deliver results. You will also be heavily involved in a fast-growing startup and be a part of the team that pioneers its rapid expansion. Work Environment:

·                Work among a group of highly-motivated and like-minded individuals.

·                Non-peak operating hours of between 11am-8pm.

·                Flexible work week with one weekday and Sunday off.

·                Fully stocked pantry, with lunch provided.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

·       You will be responsible for daily customer care with support for both local and overseas customers.*

·       You will be managing large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.*

·       You will handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions within the appropriate time limits with follow-up to ensure resolution.*

·       You will liaise with overseas logistics partners.*

·       You will handle local and overseas live chat portals.

·       You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.

·       You will document issues.

·       Daily ad-hoc tasks.

·       Additional job scopes and responsibilities to be taken on with time, based on strength and performance.

Requirements

Requirements:

·               Singaporean or PR only.

·               Must have completed NS if male.

·               Minimum a Diploma or A-Level Qualification.

·               Good command of written and spoken English. Good command of Mandarin is a plus.

·               Great customer service and communication skills.

·               Customer-orientated and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters i.e tolerance, empathy, firmness and patience.

·               Must be able to work both independently and in a team.

·               Good problem-solving skills.

·               Entrepreneurial thinking – take pride in your work, be driven, versatile,     initiative, and result-orientated.

·               Customer service experience preferred.

Salary

2500 - 3500 SGD
