Customer Support Officer

Secretlab® is a Singaporean company that was founded in 2015, and is dedicated to creating the ultimate seating experience. It manufacturers chairs designed for comfort over long hours of use both at home and in the office. We want a pilot who can fly inverted when the engines fail. You will not be micro-managed and given your own space to deliver results. Work Environment:

·                Work amongst a group of highly motivated and like-minded individuals

·                Non-peak operating hours 11am-8pm

·                Flexible work week with one weekday and Sunday off

·                Fully stocked pantry, lunch will also be provided



·       Responsible for daily customer care and support for both local and overseas customers*

·       Managing large amounts of incoming calls, emails and customer inquiries*

·       Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution*

·       Liaising with overseas logistics partners*

·       Handle local and overseas live chat portals

·       Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

·       Documentation of issues

·       Daily ad-hoc task

·       Additional job scopes and responsibilities to be taken on with time base on strength and performance

·                Singaporean/PR only

·               Must have completed NS if male

·                Minimum Diploma/A-Level

·               Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is a plus

·               Great customer service and communication skills

·               Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters i.e tolerance, empathy, firmness and patience

·               Must be able to work both independently and in a team

·               Good problem solver

·                Intrapreneurial thinking – take pride in your work, be driven, versatile,     initiative, and result-orientated

·               Customer service experience is preferred
