Inbound Sales & Customer Service Manager

Parcel Perform - Parcel Perform is a Singapore-based disruptor in the e-commerce logistics industry. We are aiming to excel our customers’ end-to-end logistics experience and developed an SaaS platform to help merchants and customers to optimise their e-commerce logistics and overcome the complexity of managing this part of their business. We are launching our services and we are an dynamic, fast growing team, excited about e-commerce and logistics and the opportunity of change a whole industry with the power of technology.

Responsibilities

We need you on our team:

All the creativity, energy, knowledge and great ideas of the people working on our product and our business ideas will need to be supported by a strong and dedicated inbound sales manager with high customer service affinity. Your job is more than just answering emails, you are the key contact point to channel their interest, boost their excitement and be the face of Parcel Perform to all exisiting customers and their inquiries. We need you to go above and beyond our customer's expectations - on the phone and online.

You will be the key driver for Parcel Perform success in the following ways:

  • Guide our customers - You will be the key interface for our prospect & customer interactions. Whatever question they might have and wherever they might be stuck in the process. You have the unique chance to represent Parcel Perform and help them to overcome any challenges in a heartbeat.

  • Keep our customers engaged - We at Parcel Perform will always put the customer first. We want them to get the most out of our product and showcase the endless possibilities of our service. You will be the important human touch of our SaaS model, actively approaching them via various online channels.

  • Be the link between technical challenges & our customers demands - You are the inflection point for customer demands and struggles and the elementary source for us to improve our services. Communicate with our technical team, as well as our product developers. Let them know what our Parcel Perform customer's really need!

In summary, you will be key to the overall growth of Parcel Perform. You will help us to put a human touch to all our interactions. You will be the voice of our customers in every product challenge or growth path they might identify. You will know what rocks their boat and help us to improve the overall offering.

 

Requirements

  • Energetic, customer oriented personality with a friendly can-do attitude

  • Interest and passion for technology - we are are software company ourselves and utilize a lot of software to manage our customer interactions

  • Savviness for customer engagement via telephone and especially email including the ability to build a deep product knowledge and understand customer needs

  • Overall great communication and interpersonal skills - locally in Vietnam as well as internationally (you will be working with the Parcel Perform team across the world)

  • Some first experience in customer service, account management or automated sales campaigns

  • Excellent written and good spoken English is a must to engage with our team and customers

  • A strong willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher and higher levels.
