If your answers are yes and yes, we want you to join our team! We are seeking a Sales Associate who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things, and is ready to make history together with the rest of the sales team at Lalamove SG.

Daily tasks include closing deals, managing old and new accounts, and developing new business leads. Occasionally, to solve order requests and issues, you will need to liaison with customer service and operations.

Life at Lalamove is fast-paced, thrilling, and we are constantly doing things no one has ever done before. As this role is expected to grow revenue and sales accounts, you will be compensated on an attractive performance based structure on top of basic salary.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop new business leads
  • Evaluate customer potential and set up corporate accounts
  • Manage existing and new potential accounts
  • Reactivate old users and manage retention program
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting app/order problems
  • Analyze and research customer profiles and order behavior
  • Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
  • ONLY for Singaporen or Singaporean PR


What we seek:

  • University degree holder in business or related disciplines
  • At least 1 - 2 years in sales, marketing and business development
  • Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity of using existing social media platforms
  • Eligible only for Singaporeans or PR
