Content Lead

The Working Capitol has set out to create spaces that inspire, motivate and empower people to do their best work. Offering a range of workspace solutions, community programmes, and professional and lifestyle events aimed at inspiring growth and well-being for the networks it supports.

Following the launch of its flagship location in the heart of Chinatown, The Working Capitol has recently opened its second space in the Central Business District, providing solutions for organisations of all sizes and access to facilities such as a pool, gym and a variety of food & beverage establishments. Companies come to The Working Capitol to attract and retain top talent, as well as build corporate cultures that will sustain them in the long run.

The Working Capitol plans to grow into a regional network of sites grounded in shared workspace environments and deeply ingrained in the neighbourhoods and cities in which it will operate. 


Content is everything that engages and attracts our audience with the aim to build positive brand perception, differentiation and ultimately favouritism.

Our content is split in internal and external assets: internal assets are for our community of members to stay informed and inspired; external assets are for the wider audience to drive awareness and consideration for the brand.


Your initial task will be to develop our content strategy; based on the brand strategy and target audience, define the long-term objectives for content. Identify strengths and weaknesses, risks and opportunities and, evolve the existing framework of content topics and media channels, while applying a customer-centric mind-set to generate unique insights.

Next, put the strategy into action through content creation and execution. Building on our unique brand voice, use your skills in storytelling, copywriting and creative work production to plan our content, collaborate with internal stakeholders and, curate and manage external partners, to deliver outstanding content.

Manage all owned publishing channels (website, newsletters, community boards, social media accounts, magazines..) and identify additional paid media channels for us to use.

Define measurable objectives for each piece of content and put tracking in place, that is used for learning and optimization of amplification

Identify event opportunities that complement the content framework, collaborating closely with the events and community teams. 



You have a minimum 5-year track-record of effective use of content media channels (social media, newsletters, blog etc).

You possess sharp creative instincts as well as an interest in the ever-changing world of content consumption and media trends

You have a passion for the creation and distribution of useful and usable content.

You have experience in storytelling, copywriting, briefing and judging creative work, guiding partners and tracking impact. Additional experience in photography, videography and editing is a plus.

You are hands on, appreciate and thrive in collaborative environments and are not afraid to experiment.

You have a keen interest in the future of work, the start-up scene, the power of community and design.
