RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST FOR ASIA'S HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY CGA’s offline business activities are focused on providing recruitment and manpower solutions to the healthcare industry in and across Asia. Together with our network companies in Asia Pacific, CGA has developed strategic partnerships with accredited healthcare sources and colleges in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Philippines and Indonesia. We work with both Public and Private Healthcare Groups in the placement of Medical Doctors, Medical Specialist, Allied Health Professionals, Registered Nurses and Nurse Aides.

ONLINE & MOBILE PORTAL - MATCHING CAREGIVERS TO CARESEEKERS Our newly launched online matching portal and app gives instant relief to Careseekers by allowing them to search and book for respite, stepdown and at-home care in a transparent and affordable manner. This portal also empowers Caregivers to be independent healthcare practitioners by giving Caregivers total control over their time and place of work, as well as to state their terms and conditions of service (e.g. cost per session, length of each session etc).

CARE CONCIERGE AND CARE FACILITY MANAGEMENT CGA through its Care Concierge and Facility Management Division has a tailored lifestyle program that allows individuals residing in CGA managed residences, the freedom to carry on their active globe trotting lifestyles well into their golden age. We are now looking for full time Operations Executive.

Our Operations Executive is a professional in:

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails with high levels of customer care. Being independent, you are effective in resolving our customers’ complaints.
• Doing basic Admin and Data Entry duties
• Part of your responsibility is to maintain and accurately update our customers’ enquiries and problems.
• Providing other administrative support when required
• Assisting in generating of reports when necessary




• It would be wonderful if you have a minimum of 1 year of experience, as well as a relevant diploma
• Candidates who have prior working experience in agency or HR experience will be advantageous
