Marketing manager

PostCo runs the largest network of pick-up and drop-off locations for parcels in the country. We work with a network of cafes, pharmacies, etc - open early till late as an alternative to home delivery - with over 300+ locations to collect from across Malaysia - we are working with huge brands like Caring Pharmacy, Coffea Coffee any many more as a hub to collect your online shopping parcels.  

We are integrated at over 50+ online stores with brands like Adidas, Twenty3, Clinelle, Pestle and Mortar and many more to integrate our self-collection widget in their checkout page to provide a more convenient checkout option for their customers. This is a job for fearless “builders” who love the idea of PostCo, and will stop at nothing to guarantee quality and to build a strong community of users. 

We are a young startup, launched in 2016, moving at a breakneck speed. Our vision is to build the largest professional collection/delivery service without investing in physical stores and we’re leading the charge.

We are on the lookout for someone to lead our marketing and coming out with effective brand strategies. Responsibilities include identifying and optimizing strategic growth levers across search, co-marketing, re-marketing, and testing and vetting new opportunities for efficiency and growth. 

You'll be coming out with marketing strategy, supporting business expansion into new states and country and overall long-term growth. We're looking for people who never stop learning, innovating, and building. We love people who are intellectually curious and love playing around with ideas - rapidly deploying and define marketing programs with a goal of continous optimisation. We are a data driven team - you will lead efforts on sophisticated quantitative analyses and that translates data into actionable insights.


  • In charge of all branding and marketing efforts - strategy to execution. (Online and offline)
  • Develop new acquisition, engagement and retention programs (with our huge network of offline store partners and online stores)
  • Manage and lead digital ads campaign
  • Identify strategies and campaigns to enter to different states and geographical area
  • Execute national-scale marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data and refine campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention rate
