Foodabox is a social enterprise that helps food operators and restaurants to replace their harmful polystyrene packaging via food box advertising model. We offer companies a unique channel (our food packaging) to reach out to their customers and at the same time, bridges the need for restaurant to obtain cheaper eco-friendly food packaging.

We're a young and vibrant team with lots of passion to support individuals and restaurants to adopt prudent waste management and go green practices in their operation. To date, we've helped individuals and restaurants to collectively avoided more than 800,000 polystyrene packaging.

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support including but not limited to mailing, scanning, filing, faxing, organising and copying to management.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence to relevant departments.
  • Schedule and coordinating meetings or appointments.
  • Maintain a good record of electronic and hardcopy filing system.
  • Answer calls and respond to messages from customers regarding their enquiries.
  • Make cold calls and generate sufficient leads for Sales department.
  • Process product orders and assist Sales department in issuing relevant documents i.e. quotation, purchase order, invoice, payment voucher, and delivery order whenever necessary.
  • Assist Sales department in liaising with customers and vendors including contacting customers about their orders/delivery, and replenishing stocks from vendors.
  • Maintain and organising company’s financial records.
  • Inspect account books and accounting system to keep up to date.
  • Run company’s errands such as delivering documents, dropping cheque, on-site registration, paying bills, and etc.
  • Prepare and cross-check all the items needed prior to important campaigns, roadshows, and events.


  • Possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Development, Marketing/ Entrepreneurship/ Accounting & Finance (or other related fields)
  • Positive attitude - Always be willing to fail and learn
  • Good team player, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills and etiquette
  • Confident and highly motivated
  • Able to communicate in basic English and Malay
