Customer Service Office

Dealoka is an Indonesian mobile marketing startup that primarily works in the Online 2 Offline space by helping traditional businesses into the digital age. Dealoka works with merchant partners so they have the latest in digital technology to allow them to compete with the ever growing online e-commerce segment. Dealoka helps bring the power that online merchants have such as data profiling, segmentation, sales attribution, product transaction conversion and location based advertising all into one easy platform for merchants and consumers to use

Responsibilities

  • Handle Customer inquiry and complain via phone, chat, and e-mail
  • Log and summarize Customer inquiries and complains into an easy to understand report daily
  • Report as quick as possible to operation manager for critical complain or urgent inquiry

Requirements

  • High school or D3 graduate from any major
  • Prior experience in Customer facing job preferred
  • Willingness to work in shift (Including Saturday and Sunday)
  • Critical thinking to easily understand what Customers are complaining or asking
