Business Administration/Accounting Intern

Mobike is an IoT company solving the last mile problem. It just happens to be the world's first and largest station-less bike share: pick up a bike through the APP & return it to any bicycle parking!

Responsibilities

·       Procurement of office and warehouse supplies and fixed assets.

·       Tracking logistics/delivery status and assisting with cargo/parcel/mail check up and acceptance.

·       Tracking attendance and daily reports of all the manpower from third parties.

·       Assist on assets/inventory/marketing collaterals management, sample check and stock taking, recording requisitions of marketing collaterals and other supplies.

·       Assisting with collecting deposits, accounts receivables.

·       Verify bills/invoices to make sure the vendors fulfil obligations before payments. Prepare payment vouchers for verified invoices and any other procedures for Accounts Payable.

·       Weekly & Monthly Data analysis for operations under the finance manager’s guide.

·       Assist on Budget Planning/Forecasting for capex, opex under guide.

·       Analyse and plan for finance controlling and report to the finance manager.

·       Give advice and design on Team Building.

·       Proactive in providing feedback, suggestion and new ideas.

·       Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

·       Diligent, careful and with good patience

·       Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure

·       Willingness to execute and learn

·       Good at logistic thinking and mathematics

·       Proficient skills with office 365

·       Detail oriented & meticulous

·       Efficient and excellent communicating skills

·       Must be available at least 6 months of full-time internship
