Responsibilities

Turnkey Lender is looking for a dynamic and multi-talented individual for the position of Executive Associate. This is an entry level position with exposure to Sales and Marketing activities as well as General Operations.

Duties include:

Day-to-Day Office Administration

1.     Maintaining office supplies

2.     Arranging for couriers, mail, and the like

3.     Managing payments for ongoing expenses

4.     Travel scheduling and booking

5.     General requirements

 

HR

1.     Support recruitment process for staff including posting of job descriptions, shortlisting potential candidates, oversighting interviews, etc

 

Marketing

1.   Support digital marketing activities

2.   Work with CRM on contact lists

3.   Preparation of weekly mailer

4.     

Projects

1.     Assisting with project related tasks

2.     Assisting with event management

3.     Supporting drafting and executing of contracts

 

 

Requirements

Performance Standards

1.     Comfortable working independently in a low-structure environment

2.     Self-motivated

3.     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4.     Ability to work collaboratively or as part of a team

5.     Ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally

6.     Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and online search methods
