Logistics Operation Coordinator (6-month contract)

About this Role

The 3 main aspects of online food businesses are operations, logistics & marketing. With Oddle, we aim to provide not only the best system but also top-notch logistics support to our Restaurant Partners. You will be a key part of the team not only to monitor the operation process, but also to continuously improve it by working on data analytics and coordinating with our logistics partners.

What you will do:

  • Restaurant Partner Management: Manage & ensure proactive communications with Restaurant Partners with regards to Logistics matters; ensure incidents are handled in a timely manner and their customers are well serviced; ensure Restaurant Partners are well briefed on the logistics service level provided from us
  • Logistics Partner Management: Manage existing logistics partners & continuously seek new partnership with new logistics partners for scale up
  • Analytics: Analyse the business and track on relevant metrics, and draw actionable insights to drive the operations direction
  • Product Improvement: Proactively propose new features which could improve & streamline operational processes


What you will need:

  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and get things done
  • Interpersonal & excellent communications skills
  • Experience creating and optimizing processes 
  • Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Eye for details 
  • Good command of Excel or SQL
