Account Management Internship

From routine office lunches to offsite client meetings, from kids' parties to birthday celebrations, from 5 to 2,000 people, we are building a solution for everyone and we want to connect everyone with great food for their special and important moments.



The Account Management Intern is responsible to act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs. As account manager you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their catering queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

This position will turn into full-time after 3 months internship. 


  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Attend to incoming catering enquiries from new and current customers, understand their catering requirements and provide custom solutions to their needs in the form of quotations, meal planning or suggestions
  • Liaise with our catering partners to find custom solutions for our customers' needs
  • Meet and exceed targeted sales quota per month
  • Monitor and report on the status of accounts and transactions, prepare sales reports and sales forecasts
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks




  • Proven work experience as a Account Manager, Customer Service, Hospitality or F&B related position is key. Previous experience with catering companies, event management, hospitality or hotel management is a plus
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, listening and presentation skills 
  • Creative problem solving and analytical skills
