As accountant, you are responsible for keeping our books in check and managing a high volume of transactions. We foster good relations with our partners and delivering on this means timely and accurate issuing of invoices and notifying our clients of payments in arrears.

You will join a growing team of passionate and driven individuals, reporting to our Financial Controller.


Your focus will be on accounts payables and receivables and, on the daily reconciliation of takings from multiple revenue streams.

You will work closely with internal teams across operations, events and projects, as well as handle queries from members related to their accounts.

Regular support will also be required in the preparation of monthly reports to the management team, liaising with auditors and compiling information according to audit schedules

You will grow towards managing full sets of accounts, including GST reporting and supporting on HR requirements, from claims and payroll to the submission of IR8A. 



You have at least 2 – 3 years of accounting experience.

You have a diploma in Accounting or are a Chartered Certified Accountant and, are adept with Member Relations Management software.

You are meticulous and organized. You are so detail-oriented that nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

You think of people first; you are open in your communication and consistent in your delivery, building trust in your team and customers.

You take initiative and think out of the box, challenging yourself to be resourceful and always thinking two steps ahead.
