Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join us:

Facilities Management is essential in maintaining and delivering the highest standard of our sites, to provide environments for people to do their best work.

You will join our Projects & Facilities team and be the owner of at least 40,000 sq ft. to begin with – being the go-to person from a space perspective; maintaining service delivery standards and managing costs as you provide the optimal experience for our team, members and guests.

On a typical day:

You will interact closely with the projects, community and events teams to manage the day to day operations of your site – understanding their needs, managing tickets, delivering timely on tasks and solving solutions to get works done.

Ensure your site is ready; regularly checking on the premises, taking stock of consumables and verifying that all inventory and equipment on site is in a functional condition.

Manage third party vendors and contractors who help to maintain and upkeep our spaces, from housekeeping to technical servicing requirements, following and building on our procurement standards.

Manage the costs of your site, ensuring expenditure is maintained within budget. Develop and manage annual budgets for the implementation of facilities management initiatives.



You will excel in this role if:

You have at least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, with knowledge in housekeeping and maintenance services

You have experience managing budgets and tracking costs, with demonstrated business planning, writing reports and recommendations

You put people first and focus on providing service excellence, striving to exceed customer expectations

You are pro-active and hands-on; you have a decisive and self-starting mindset, can work under pressure and are driven to find solutions

You collaborate well across teams; you express yourself clearly, share relevant information and are open to ideas
