Logistics Operation Coordinator (6-month contract)

About the role

The 3 main aspects of online food businesses are operations, logistics & marketing. With Oddle, we aim to provide not only the best possible system but also top notch delivery services, fortunately we are not the ones to deliver the food ourselves. The potential candidate will oversee the Delivery Operation team to manage delivery operation from our logistics vendors to our merchants' customers.


  • Manage the delivery operation between our restaurant partners and logistics vendors to ensure it is done in a timely manner to the customers, and resolve any issues occur during the process.
  • Ensure incidents are handled in a professional manner and their customers are well serviced; ensure restaurant partners are well briefed on the logistics service level provided from us.
  • Provide excellent customer services, build customer relationships and manage their expectation.
  • Analyse the logistics vendors’ performance and track on relevant metrics, and draw actionable insights to drive the operations direction
  • Other projects and initiatives as assigned

  • Meticulous, well-organised, able to multitask under pressure
