Operation Support Executive

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the company’s operational processes including the optimization of the onboarding process for all signed partners
  • On-restaurant-premise product implementation of the Quandoo operating system, as well as leading customer & employee training sessions
  • Co-ordinate day to day activities carried out by the operation team as well as monitoring the workings of various departments in the organization (e.g.alignment between sales and marketing)
  • Provide the product team with customers based insights into evolving requirements to help guide the development process
  • Basic copywriting and copy editing
  • Basic web content creation. You should be able to write with efficiency and wit. Knowledge of content management systems such as Wordpress is an advantage but not mandatory

Requirements

  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident 
  • Hands on mentality and customer focus
  • Communicate effectively across all levels, are extremely ambitious, highlyh motivated and able to work as part of an international successful team
  • ideally experience in startups and possess strong analytical skill
  • Able to work independently and under tight timelines
  • Able to define priorities, deadline and response quickly base on situation
  • Fluent level of english is a must
