Customer Service cum Admin Champion

Armed with training, great product knowledge and a brilliant personality, you are not merely “helping a customer” and “replying emails”, but are also making recommendations and playing an advisory role. You are the best friend they never had!

You ensure all feedback flows back to our various teams in order to improve our services. You help innovate processes and create change. By interacting with every team, you get to learn and get hands on experience in E-commerce, Online Marketing, Design, Blogging, Social Media Marketing, Public Relation, Business Development, Growth Hacking and so much more!

Responsibilities

Customer Experience Tasks (60% of your day):

  • Providing an amazing, personalised experience to each customer through various support channels such as emails, blogs, social media etc.
  • Effectively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues.
  • Applying the delight philosophy and following communication standards.
  • You will need to be a ninja at operating our emailing system because you and your teammates are the knowledge pillars of email operations for the entire company.
  • Engaging the customer and user community through content writing (Research, Create and Curate Content).
  • Executing innovative marketing strategies and product launches.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, in line with branding, corporate strategy and guidelines.
  • Work closely with your teammates to provide and create value to customer and user.

Administrative Tasks (40% of your day):

  • Maintaining the office operations tasks such as managing customers calls, arranging payment details, sending communications to clients etc.  
  • Follow up with our clients for data collections.
  • Database management.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Offline Marketing Tasks (Occasionally)

Develop the strategies, execute and support all local Offline marketing activities (in-store, promotional booths, events, roadshow, talks, seminars etc.)

Requirements

  • Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Business Admin or related major, or if you just have a strong passion and knowledge of online user experience and customer service, we are okay with that too!
  • Excellent command of the English, Malay language. Able to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage
  • Fun and friendly attitude with a passion for personal development
  • Excellent Follow Through and professionalism, and to have patience when dealing with our customers
  • Flexible thinker capable of grasping new processes and procedures quickly
  • Excited about change and challenge
