Office Manager & Admin

We are a creative and digital studio. We consist of dreamers, doers and users.

Our client experience ranges from popular consumer brands, consumer digital products, automotive, production houses, government agencies and startups. Some of the brands/ companies we've proudly served for/ worked at:

We are passionate about everything tech and the digital space. We do the following services:

- UI/ UX design

- App design (iOS/ Android)

- Frontend web development

- Backend web development


  1. Working hours: Mon - Fri (9AM - 6PM).
  2. Manage office administration and purchasing expenditure against budgeted petty cash allocation.
  3. Manage employee compensation management and related internal communication.
  4. Develop and effectively manage recruitment & placement strategies.
  5. Disbursement of cheques for company expenses and issuing invoices, debit notes, credit notes.
  6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  7. Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize.
  8. Monitor employees' attendance.
  9. Updating employees' personal files (including annual leave and MC records).
  10. Maintain office cleanliness and ensure its facilities is in good condition.
  11. Handling travel arrangements (local and overseas travels), visas and accommodations for the company's stakeholders.
  12. Arrange dispatch schedule, mailing & courier.
  13. To assist in Company's events and activities.
  14. Professional appearance.
  15. Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  16. Solid understanding of working in a startup environment.


Working Experience
At least 1 year experience

Familiar with various office applications such as/or equivalent (but not limited to): Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Dropbox and Slack

Advantages (if any)

  • Has experience or background in accounting/finance.
  • Has experience or background in HR management.
  • Has experience working in the traffic department at advertising agencies.
