We have an opening for a Telco Billing Analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit and an analytical mind, who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure at a rapidly scaling telco startup in Singapore.

As a fast growing company, Circles.Life is looking for a Billing Analyst to:  

  • Assist with distribution, accuracy management and issue resolution on bill sending
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues. If needed, escalate them to our billing system provider and follow up until they are resolved. 
  • Work with Customer Service team to address and resolve payment issues of customers
  • Provide help with internal and external reporting for billing and invoicing
  • Lead regular improvements in bill processing

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telecom Billing Analyst or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
  • Understanding of Oracle telco billing systems a plus
  • Excellent communication ability and being able to work in teams and with other departments
  • Organizational and time-management skills along with an eye for detail
  • A strong focus on delivering value to customers
