We are seeking a resourceful, driven, results-oriented customer success officer. This is a sales support role where you'll have the important duty of making our clients happy. You'll teach them how to use our system, and follow up on their inquiries either by chat support or by phone. You will also do some follow-up calls to convert trial users to become clients.

  • Be a team member of the customer success team in making sure the clients maximize their time on the platform
  • Respond, troubleshoot and answer clients inquiry on the chat support
  • Call clients and follow up to make sure all issues are resolved
  • Call potential clients to introduce Urbanhire and enroll them on Free Trial
  • Follow up potential clients with free trials that are ending soon
  • Assist the team to convert trial users to paying customers
  • Be the sound and voice of the company
  • Be the voice of customer to the technology development team


  • Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Customer support experience preferred;
  • Tech-savvy, good with technology and computers
  • Excellent telephone manners and language etiquette Bilingual (English and Indonesian)
  • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with prior experience in SaaS or On-Demand Industry are highly desirable.
