Responsibilities

Partnership and Community Manager  will report directly to Head of Growth. The team is responsible for the growth of the company on holistic level. This particular position contributes directly to the growth in platform reach and building impactful, long-term strategic relationships in the market as well as building a strong brand within Urbanhire stakeholder's communities.

 

Job Description: 

  • Identify, research and explore potential partnerships to widen platform reach and adding value to Urbanhire products
  • Manage and strengthen strategic partnerships as well as develop new partnership opportunities.
  • Manage relationship with partners from various different backgrounds, including resolving business issues with partners in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with Head of Growth to develop contracts and engage in partnership negotiation
  • Manage the execution and delivery of partnership contracts, including cross-functional collaboration and partnership documentations
  • Ensuring compliance by all parties to the agreed terms of contracts
  • Engage in a larger communities of the market by attending events and networking with local start-ups, higher education campuses and HR communities
  • Develop, execute and track purpose-specific integrated marketing campaign, events and communication strategies to grow Urbanhire user bases from the communities
  • Be a team player and assist the team as a whole as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in Business / Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in strategic partnership, with a proven track record of building and implementing such partnerships
  • Good technical know-how, attention to details, and ability to develop creative solutions to problems
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues
  • Commercial focus, results oriented and excellent communication & reporting skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and self-motivated with ability to work without close supervision
  • A good command of English is essential
  • A wide network in Startup industry is an advantage
