About the Role

A Talent Management Executive is the guide for candidates through the hiring marketplace platform process.They have a close pulse on the job market and use these insights to help candidates be successful with their job search. They are the experts that job seekers can lean on; they provide guidance on how to interview, what to prepare for, and ensure that job offers align with each individual's career goals. They are NOT, recruiters.

Our next Talent Management Executive will ideally have a firm understanding of not just tech, but start-up recruiting and the high demand for tech talent locally. You'll be working with dozens of candidates a month (hand delivered by our talented Marketing and Curation team) to guide them in our marketplace setting. A Talent Management Exec does not simply care about getting someone a job, but improving every detail that goes into finding an amazing opportunity.

All members in the talents team are not graded on endless metrics but rather work towards creating the most enjoyable, transparent and efficient job search experience possible. Our goal is to help everyone find a job they love. We concentrate on measured candidate experience and simple placement success metrics. We look for people who can own new projects, work across multiple teams, and manage themselves efficiently.


Why we need you:

  •  Collaborate with account managers and various stakeholders across the organization to gather role qualifications and source passive talents.
  • Work closely with growth team for high-volume sourcing - Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies and tools to build candidate pipelines for all functional teams across GetLinks (Engineering and Product focus)
  • Analyze candidates behaviour through different data points provide growth team with candidate behavioural data
  • Take full accountability of candidates and keep candidate experience at the forefront as we continue to scale our organization
  • Help candidates prep to 'go live' during a batch cycle (profile polishing, best practices, and identifying important factors to candidates job search)
  • Prep candidates for technical interviews and on-sites at scale
  • Developing new process for matching engineers with new job opportunities efficiently
  • Providing feedback to the engineering team that will make the marketplace more efficient
  • Support growth team in running A/B tests / referral programs with target candidate personas in regional cities

Requirements

What you should be having:

  • Stellar verbal/written and presentation ability in English
  • High energy level
  • Strong obsession with providing excellent customer services
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handling multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong Passion for People & Human relations

What would be AWESOME to have:

  • Experience working in SaaS-based startup,
  • Comfortable in CRMs tools ike Hubspot / SalesForce
  • Experience working with global teams / clientele
  • Highly proficient in office suites like Excel, PPT
