We offer career growth for an advertising media and creative agency professional who can excel in a resource rich multi-platform media (digital display, social media, VOD and video creation) through a highly dynamic social video environment. We seek an articulate, intelligent and meticulous person to work along with the finest digital media and creative teams across multiple media platforms.

Your Responsibilities will:

  • Manage the salary budgeting and monitoring processes, including monthly reconciliation of salaries
  • Review monthly fees and expenses and analyze monthly P&Ls. 
  • Develop internal operating budgets, projections and forecasts 
  • Prepare reports for review, including financial statements, commissions, etc.​ as required for review by and in accordance with timelines agreed to with management.​
  • Be under the guidance of senior management, develops and recommends an annual budget with regard to organizational value.​ 
  • Monitor expenses and manages to budget.​ Prepares summary report for review by management.​
  • Provide oversight and accountability for bookkeeping including accounts payables and receiveables, reconciliation credit and bank accounts, invoicing and expense reports.​
  • Lead the recruitment process (i.e. Advertising, shortlisting and coordinating interviews).
  • Lead the review and implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Oversee the compensation & benefits – recommendation,  implementation and administration.
  • Undertake the payroll & co-ordinating with external consultant for income and corprate tax submission.
  • Process and handle documentation such as routine reports, insurance policies & claims etc.
  • Assist work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
  • Calculate & process ad-hoc cheque payments, review, edit & make corrections & adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct orientation / Introduction for new employee

·         Ensure staff have a clear understanding of HR policies and procedures and the importance of putting them into practice



Job Requirements:

  • Extremely detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·         Knowledge of accounting, theory, principles, and practices

·         Knowledge of human resource management policies, procedures, and processes

·         Advanced knowledge of Excel is required 

  • Self-motivated, able to multitask and think on the feet in a fast-pace environment.
  • Proactiveness, understanding of the sense of urgency and able to prioritize tasks on hand.

·         Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance with 2-3 years of accounting/financial management in the service or PR/media industry.
