HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of payroll functions in an efficient and timely manner
  • Update employee record, leave record, claims record and ensure personnel folder is up-to-date
  • Maintain proper filing system to facilitate traceability of documents at all times
  • Assist in the operations of employee benefits and compensation, as well as the performance management
  • Handles incoming / outgoing mails
  • Generates standard and ad-hoc reports
  • Carrying out full range of administration support
  • Organizing office operations and procedure 

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, SPM
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage
