42Race is one of the fastest growing fitness social platform in S.E.A.

We build 42Race to bring fun, motivation and flexibility to runners. This is achieved via our a product - Virtual Running Events; We have enhanced the user experience by incorporating functions e.g. ranking, community, reviews, offline race promotion to keep the users more active on the platform.

To date, we have inspired more than 50,000 people to run and we believe that we will be able to inspire millions to run!

Responsibilities

Master of all communication channels: Relate to customers on the phone, reply via email and social media

·       Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa

·       Empathetic but resilient: You deeply care about customers but always remain calm

·       Extrovert personality: you love speaking to people and help them resolve any issues and enquiries

·       Proficient in MS office application, in particular MS Excel

·       Ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints

Requirements

Answer enquiries about 42Race via chat/email/ social media

·       Communicate comfortably in English, Chinese and Bahasa

·       Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

·       The ability to write and create content creatively and effectively

·       A passion for making a difference for our users

·       Relentlessly resourceful at problem-solving

·       Be responsive and take initiative

·       A healthy curiosity to learn about various aspects of the industry

·       A keen eye for detail

·       A desire to learn, grow, and contribute beyond the immediate job scope
