Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1.          Identify business opportunities, closely and quickly follow-up (call and/ or email) with all inquiries from potential customers & strategic partners, recommend the best car financing packages that meet their needs. This includes:

  • Managing & tracking all emails & inquiries (walk-in/ calls)

  • Proactively, expeditiously and effectively solve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Keeping abreast with market information and company’s products and services to effectively and efficiently satisfy customer requirements.

  • Assist customers to understand product and service offerings and help them make an informed decision on how they can benefit from purchasing the Group’s products and services.

2.         Ensure that all required documents are collected and submitted to the relevant parties promptly, and provide impeccable service to customers throughout their car financing journey.

 

Requirements

Requirements:

1.          Able to effectively converse in English and Mandarin (some customers only speak Mandarin)  

2.           Minimum Diploma/  Relevant work experience

3.          Excellent customer service skills

4.          Comfortable  with numbers and simple calculations

5.          Organized & able to simultaneously keep track of a number of cases/ tasks

6.          Results-driven, positive and  adaptable to change (Things are always changing, as we constantly findings better ways of doing things/ offering better products!)

7.          Good team player e.g. open to feedback, willingly helps team members when needed.
