  • Responsible to build rapport with existing clients and develop new clients.
  • Possess a good understanding of the business and operations.
  • Perform telemarketing, sales enquiry follow ups and effective cold calling.
  • Provide reporting documents to management (Sales report and Marketing report).
  • Management of the full process of the sales cycles from cold calling, understanding the client’s needs and requirements, submission of quotation/proposal, conducting excellent presentations, and how to fit to their requirements with the solutions, negotiation & closing of deals.
  • Approaching clients from diverse industries.
  • To explain the product/service as well stating the prices, and answering questions from clients.
  • Closing sales and working towards achieving company targets.
  • Meeting sales targets set by management and contributing to the team’s targets.
  • Generate client leads, increasing the number of clients, answering client queries and preparing sales documentation.
  • Specific responsibilities include dealing with invoices, receipt, chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders.



  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and web based HR solutions. That said, if you really think you have a flair for this job without the due experience, pitch yourself to us!
  • Enjoy talking to people via phone and face to face.
  • Willing to learn and to take up new challenges.
  • Self-motivated, teamwork, work independently, innovative and analytical.
  • Able to prioritize, customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to work under pressure and under own initiative.
  • Pleasant voice, friendly and approachable.

  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required computing knowledge: MS Excel, MS Work, MS PowerPoint.
