  • Responsible for all writing and editing of persuasive and creative online content for marketing purposes on social media platforms.
  • Plan and write creative content on a frequent and regular basis.
  • Write creative and different styles of content and copy for a range of online and offline mediums including company websites, blogs, and content assets including case studies, newsletters, technical documentation, infographics, social media campaigns, print ads and brochures.
  • Proofreading in ensuring quality of content and grammar accuracy.
  • Ensure that content contains sufficient keywords for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes.
  • Planning, developing creative content and doing research to collect and verify information wherever necessary.
  • Conduct interviews and reviews to obtain the required information when necessary.
  • Meet and network with industry contacts at events from time to time.
  • Liaise with advertising vendors and printers for co-ordination of artwork and editorial contents.
  • Manage social media accounts (attending to client enquiries and complaints) and ensuring timely publishing of website content.
  • Work closely with our team of graphic designers to efficiently produce high-quality marketing materials on time.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development Team for new business opportunities. Strong communication skills while interacting with people at all levels.



  • Diploma/Degree in Journalism/Mass Communication/Linguistics/Advertising/Business – an excellent command of English; would be an added advantage if you have publishing experience and background.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Great research and learning skills.
  • Familiar with SEO, analytics and social media best practices are an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational, time management, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Hardworking under pressure, highly creative, willing to meet tight deadlines, proactive and showing initiative with a positive attitude and having the ability to multitask.
  • Meticulous, attentive to detail, resourceful with high integrity, and able to work independently, as well as a team.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
  • Have good managing skills when it comes to handling clients.
  • Able to start immediately.
