Responsibilities

Job Scope : 

 

  • Sourcing and generating leads and converting them to opportunities
  • Conducting research to identify potential markets and individuals that may create leads generation
  • Be a thought leader and creating valuable insights to the SME community
  • Strategizing and developing business development initiatives
  • Attending conferences, industry events, or meet-up where you may connect with potential leads
     

Requirements

What we look for :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Humility to listen and learn from others - be it those less senior or more senior than you
  • Pleasant disposition with strong emotional intelligence and social awareness
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
  • Ability to have in-depth understanding of financial products
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in SME financing and / or B2B sales 
  • Excellent communication skills; Both written (English) and verbal (English and Chinese)
  • Able to adapt to an evolving and fast-paced working environment
  • Great interpersonal and relationship building skills
