Sales Executive

3ciety is a venture funded startup based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. We help brands to merchandise online via our merchandising marketplace. We are passionate about simplifying merchandising and in the process helping 500 million individuals across the region to connect with their favorite brands via original merchandise.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Malaysia. As one of the only companies in South East Asia helping brands and designers to merchandise online, 3ciety provides a great opportunity for you to learn, contribute and build at the leading edge of the creative industry in the region.

Over the past year 3ciety has had the privilege to work with some of the top brands in the country. As such, we are seeking talented and driven individuals who are passionate about making a difference to join us in empowering these brands to merchandise. As a Sales executive, you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and development, to pitching and closing the deal. 
  2. Generating new business opportunities to fuel your pipeline via various channels, be it cold-calling, email or visiting targeted businesses. 
  3. Managing, tracking, and reporting on all sales activities and pipeline
  4. Meet or exceed given weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
  5. Ensure timely issuing of invoices and collection of payments from merchants 
  6. Establish and maintain strong relationship with brands in the industry. 


  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to negotiate and convince. Multilingual a plus.
  2. Be constantly self-motivated to hunt/achieve sales targets under pressure
  3. Prior sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates with proven skills are welcome
  4. Malaysia-based applicants are preferred as this role requires an intermediate knowledge & experience of the local market
  5. You should possess own transport and are willing to travel
