GoGet is looking for a GoGet Business Associate. As a GoGet Business Associate your work will be directly in growing businesses on our platform. You’ll be responsible for bringing in potential businesses for GoGet Business, and converting them as accounts on our platform. You’ll be also part of developing their experience as a business account using GoGet. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most resourceful and determined individuals who are passionate about impacting people’s lives by creating opportunities on GoGet platform.   • Responsible for developing new accounts and exploring new areas of opportunities to increase sales through calls/email/meeting.
  • Establish and maintain a sound relationship with the account holders before and after sales.
  • Communicate the development of new business products and changes to these account holders through emails and announcements.
  • Actively manage the sales funnel through customer relationship management and provide report week on week.
  • Be able to understand the needs of businesses and suggest solutions based on the product offered.
  • Perform ad-hoc analytics and conversion and retention optimization strategies with analytical data.
  • Work closely with operations to understand the customer’s need and challenges as to enable development and implementation new feature & product.
  • Update weekly KPIs and provide insights.
  • Perform digital marketing campaigns, optimisation and reporting to drive traffic to our webpage.
