Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and Strategic Partnerships

Zilingo is a South-East Asia focused Fashion & Lifestyle online marketplace. We host over 5000 sellers across Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Korea, Vietnam and Cambodia, reaching out to over 2.5 million users. We are built on the core principal of creating value in a marketing which is enormous, but largely unorganized. (Long Tail Fashion & Beauty marketing is USD 20 Billion + in SEA). We are extremely tech driven, utilizing Katana (our proprietary tech platform) and advance AI to create an unparalleled user experience for both our customers and our sellers. We currently have offices in 5 countries (Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong & India).


  • Manage and execute Zilingo’s major brand awareness campaign – Digital Fashion Week – a fully-digital showcase of over 2000+ independent fashion labels across SEA

  • Work with event agencies to execute large-scale events for Zilingo to establish Zilingo as a key fashion e-commerce brand in SEA

  • Ideate and craft unique campaigns with an element of virality that accelerates Zilingo’s brand awareness in its target markets

  • Plan and execute all branding events for Zilingo like offline events, flea markets, press conferences, BTL Marketing, etc in liaison with the local Marketing Heads

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers and media to spread word of mouth adoption and drive transactions

  • Craft unique marketing activities with celebrities and negotiate and execute celebrity endorsement deals in all of our geos

  • Maintain monthly reports on Zilingo's branding portfolio, allocate budgets to various activities and assess performance with Key Performance Indicators with strong performance and data-driven approach.

  • Coordinate with copywriters and graphics designers to ensure all marketing collateral is created in time for every campaign

  • Coordinate closely with the local Marketing Heads and Country Managers to align local marketing activities with the company’s brand strategy and provide support whenever required


  1. Bachelor’s degree

  2. Creative problem solver and able to think on his/her feet

  3. Proactive, self-driven and open to learning new things

  4. Can independently drive projects, takes responsibility readily

  5. Is a detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and a can-do attitude

  6. Excellent negotiation skills and can speak confidently and clearly in meetings

  7. Prior experience in Marketing, Event Management or E-commerce is a plus, but not required.
