We are looking for:

Indonesian students in Kuala Lumpur who are social and responsible, who possess good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills who knows how to work with the latest online working tools, and a quick learner.

The student intern is expected to:

  • Serve potential and current customers in the best, most honest and polite way possible
  • Handle conversations professionally, calm, collected and positively
  • Maintains customer records by updating and recording relevant data
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Quickly resolve requests and escalate to their right resources if required
  • Manage customers' accounts
  • Facilitate healthy habits, giving a warm welcome to office guests
  • Assist in generating reports with comprehensive information
  • Assist in the office daily administrative process
  • Strong public relations and presentation skills and any others job functions related to
  • Operation and Marketing as assigned by superiors
  • Involved in day-to-day workload, which consist of answering phone calls, E-mails and also ad-hoc task delegate by your superiors
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
