We are looking for a highly-energetic Marketing manager who is eager and willing to own significant responsibility in a growing Artificial Intelligence startup. You are fluent in marketing automation tools, modern content marketing, data analytics and bring a KPI/data-centric approach to your work. You have proven results at hands-on execution for end-to-end B2B content marketing programs, sales enablement, events, branding, and press and analyst relations. You should have a strong business sense that enables you to anticipate needs and align programs with sales and product teams.

To be successful in this role, you would need to be fully hands-on and be able to work with a very lean team. This may include taking on a sole contributor capacity for some projects. As this role has a global remit (which includes the North Asia region), bilingual fluency in both English and Mandarin is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, blogs, and social media to support sales, channel partners and drive pipeline for varous regions including APAC and North Asia.
  • Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and finance to establish protocols to quantitatively evaluate the results of marketing campaigns and programs across all product lines.
  • Manage product launches and other major announcements, across all communications channels.
  • Identify high value tradeshows and field events, customer events, and training. Determine appropriate level of participation and drive execution to maximize sales impact.
  • Maintain company website ensuring freshness and relevancy of the content, maximizing traffic and conversion rates. Manage as needed (but do not rely on) web design/development agencies to ensure the website meets evolving business needs.
  • Produce compelling digital marketing assets, utilize both internal content experts as well as external agencies when necessary.
  • Work with product and sales teams to develop enterprise software marketing strategy, goals, messages, metrics and budgets that align with sales process and support product launches to generate revenue globally.
  • Research and recommend new marketing tactics as new business needs arise.
  • Deliver to deadlines and budgets.


We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a self-starter with lots of initiative. Loves working in startups and willing to roll up sleeves and take a hands-on approach to implement initiatives.
  • Has at least 4-6 years of experience in enterprise software marketing, with experience in APAC, China and Japan. Experience in US would be an advantage.
  • Has experience in enterprise SaaS /B2B marketing communications disciplines. Great instincts for what works and what doesn’t.
  • Has a track record of delivering breakthrough marketing programs on schedule – programs that were aligned with the strategy and delivered measurable results.
  • Has led major projects with cross-functional teams from concept to design to execution.
  • Is experienced in using and managing core marketing systems including website, database and marketing automation tools.
  • Highly organized with a get it done mindset and must be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and projects.
  • Writes and communicates exceptionally well, in both English and Mandarin.
  • B.A. in marketing, communications, business or related program required. Some technical background would be advantageous.
