Responsibilities

We are looking for an Administrative/Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. This role will work directly with the Managing Director.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Responsible for the Invoicing / Billing / Expense Management for the Singapore Office
  • Support in recruitment process for the Singapore Office & onboarding of new team members
  • Data Research when required
  • Monitor, select events to attend for team members; Plan in-house or off-site activities
  • Provide general administrative support to our employees.
  • Support manager in creating reports

The only limitation we have at this stage: we can only accept candidates who are Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or Dependant Pass holders.

  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to be in line with manager’s expectations
  • Ability to operate with minimum to no supervision
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  •  Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
  • A calm and professional manner
