  • Pitching hearing aids to customers over individual phone consultations and understanding the customer's needs
  • Adapting, developing and delivering a persuasive sales pitch in order to convince customers to try and purchase hearing aids 
  • Meet with monthly sales targets: remuneration is based on a base salary + high powered incentive per sale
  • Professional support of customers from the first point of contact to the final sale - no cold-callings, but content-rich consultations for demanding customers.
  • Create the best patient journey for the customer through counselling and instruction.
  • Development of individual solutions for our customers on basis of identified needs and expectations jointly with our partners and customers.


  • Good customer orientation and professionalism in engaging with our customers.
  • Empathy for people and their expectations towards a medical product.
  • Independent thinker, good problem solving skills, adept at communicating with diverse populations, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin
