Formed in early 2012, Devendranathan Holding Sdn. Bhd. encapsulates businesses across diverse industries. While each business is unique, they all have two things in common - each one was conceived and built through determination and passion.

Devendranathan Holding Sdn. Bhd. was formed with the objective of developing businesses that they would be proud of thus requiring the culture of "thinking out of the box" as well as a focus on detailing and quality. The company currently has six businesses under its belt namely:

Body Factory Gym & Fitness Centre - A 24 hour gym and fitness centre that aims to inspire bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts alike to achieve their goals.

Ceyvana Trading Entity - Building business networks through the distribution and trading of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Perseid Consultancy - Digital Marketing, Events & Public Relations - Not the usual run of the mill agency, Perseid knows the right angles to catch the best news to ensure a one-of-a-kind branding.

The Red Room Dance Club & Bar - Step inside the exclusive Broolyn-esque bar and club located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's entertainment district, TREC.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Assisting in the development and execution of any external communications plan(s) with relevant stakeholders such as the media, to enhance the corporate presence and positive public profile of the company and its businesses 
  • Coordinates ceremonies, press conferences, and other events or special projects
  • Ensure that all media initiatives are profiled positively in the media, monitor and analyze media coverage effectiveness.
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain local, national, and international relations
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain media contacts for disseminating information
  • Manages corporate and customer database
  • Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers.
  • Partner with Senior/Director to develop quarterly marketing and PR strategies
  • Plans advertising, digital marketing, public relations, and promotional events and strategies for the assigned business(s)
  • To plan and execute effective media communications and public relations initiatives to support the Company’s communication’s strategies.
  • To monitor, track, research and recommend on emerging issues in the media affecting the Company’s public standing.
  • To plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional events, for the assigned brand(s) according to set guidelines.
  • To support any other business goals.
  • To be an ambassador for the represented BUSINESS(S) and portray at all times a professional and customer oriented image.
  • Write, edit and distribute press releases/features articles, media advisories, speeches, emcee script, memo and internal newsletter.

Requirements

Job Requirements: 

 

  • Possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration coupled with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing or PR from a FMCG / F&B / Agency background.
  • Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and/or English
