Business Development Executive

Xtremax is an established IT company that provides IT services such as website development and design to government agencies and private companies to help them transform their digital experience. We are expanding and is actively looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual for the Business Development role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new source of potential clients
  • Develop and submit comprehensive proposals to companies
  • Attend to sales enquires and prepare quotation for clients
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
  • Update CRM weekly on potential clients
  • Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
  • Work closely with colleagues across different teams, departments and offices to develop the best solution for clients
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisors or management

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Dynamic, self-driven and excellent negotiator and communicator
  • Strong in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word & Digital Savvy
