About You

Working within the Business Development team you'll define our Customer Reward product range, ensuring that the company’s offers to consumers remain relevant, desirable and profitable. This is a high profile, critical role in a dynamic, fast moving environment that will drive the growth of our business across the region.

Responsibilities :

  • Analysing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends; 
  • Reviewing performance indicators, such as discount levels, campaign budget and RoI;
  • Managing plans for stock levels;
  • Reacting to changes in demand and logistics;
  • Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contract;
  • Inspect, compare and select goods at manufacturers' or agents' premises;
  • Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products;
  • Attend trade fairs to research products;
  • Liaising with other departments within the organisation to ensure projects are completed;
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant legal information, such as consumer rights. 


  • Candidate must possess at least three years working experience in procurement or similar business development role;
  • Proficient in English, although Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are highly desirable second languages;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and accept responsibility for business unit;
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs;
  • Enjoy clerical and administrative activities;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Knowledgeable and interested in the retail market;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Great planning and organisational skills;
  • Sense of humour.
