Full Stack Developer (Alabang, Philippines)

  • Experience building applications that run in a cloud environment. Offline application design experience would be highly regarded.
  • Assist in determining the scope and corresponding effort for all development.
  • Responsible for the detailed design of technical solutions, technical design, lead coding efforts throughout the development and testing phases.
  • Assume responsibility for on-time quality releases.
  • Contribute to the management and governance of deployment environments.

  • 3+ years’ experience in software development and programming.
  • Demonstrate hands on skills and practical experience with single page app technology. Familiarity with one or many of the following will be highly regarded: Node.js, React, Redux, React Native.
  • Familiarity with noSQL databases. Data modelling and reporting together with MongoDB/CouchDB/PouchDB noSQL data store knowledge will be highly regarded.
  • Mobile client technologies (e.g. IOS, Android) desirable.
  • Experience in building web service integration using JSON and REST.
  • 1+ years of technical team leadership experience is preferred.
  • Working experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands on TDD experience will be highly regarded.
  • Understanding of GIT, build servers, and continuous integration deployments.
  • Able to coach and mentor junior developers 
  • Business application experience preferably related to Retail & ERP software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience preferred.
