Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are a Singapore-based technology company with offices across the region. Our parent company is CITIC Telecom International, listed on the HK Stock Exchange. As a CSP (Cloud Services Provider), we are focused on helping enterprises move to the cloud so as to realize business benefits of outsourcing technical services.

We work with clients in almost every industry locally and regionally and this presents enormous business opportunities with exposure to some of the best-known brands in the world. Our Sales Development Representatives will manage the lead development pipeline and serve as the first point of contact for all inbound leads. The individual would also have the opportunity to work with some of the best in IT infrastructure services to drive tangible business outcomes while honing their skills in business development.

Responsibilities

The role will focus on generating new leads by prospecting into multiple organisations via: cold-calling, networking, e-mail, and utilizing Internet information sources. This role would also require the individual to be able to articulate our company’s value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest and set appointments. 

 

Requirements

·        Diploma holders are welcome to apply

 

·        Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-handling role

 

·         Interest in the technology consulting industry

 

·         Demonstrate an enthusiastic, 'can do' attitude

 

·         Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment

 

·         Be disciplined and organised with a strong focus on results

 

·         Have excellent communication and written skills

 

·         Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently
