Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage villa/resort listings on online travel agency platforms 
  • In conjunction with the area/sales manager, develop, implement and manage E-Commerce sales channels and strategies for The Luxe Nomad and online travel agents.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of an online pricing strategy to achieve our online sales targets in conjunction with the local Sales organization and the Pricing department. Continuously monitor competitor activity and review pricing strategy to maximise the value proposition of the E-Commerce channel.
  • The development of market specific strategy to increase direct online sales. Identify and management of business development relationships to increase online sales. Develop and manage local OTA Commercial relationships. 
  • Identify direct connect opportunities with OTAs and develop strategy to optimise distribution costs and efficiencies.
  • Produce monthly feedback report to Sales Manager. 

Requirements

  • Graduate with a minimum 1-2 year’s experience in the travel industry in a marketing/sales or operational capacity.  Experience in the E-Commerce environment and an understanding of technology is a plus.
  • Understanding of the online space, e-commerce, direct sales and marketing knowledge is a plus. 
  • A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment.
  • An analytic mind with great attention to detail and a proficiency with numbers.

Salary

2500 - 4000 MYR
