Responsibilities

Any role in HR and People Operations isn’t for the ordinary. You will play a vital role to the team and work closely with the management team to create a powerful, engaging, and meaningful experience for people at work.

You are responsible for supporting all human resources and People Operations aspects of the business including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, welfare benefits, training and development, records management as well as employee services and counselling.

You also will be the internal champion and external thought leader to foster company culture on a hands-on and strategic level as the team continues to scale at a record-breaking pace. You'll help build a best-in-class and extraordinary team that takes pride in what they do and never forgets to have fun. We want our people to thrive, and your role will be a critical contributor to the team's collective success.

What you'll do:

  • Develop best-in-class internal HR policies and procedures
  • Partner closely with managers and co-founders in facilitating programs and processes by providing recommendations based on organizational need and business objectives
  • Manage exit interviews and create a strategic plan to improve employee retention and nurture employee engagement
  • Develop industry wide benchmarking plans for salaries, hierarchy, organization structure, and benefits
  • Develop hiring targets based on a solid recruiting plan catered around expansion and growth
  • Act as a stakeholder by demonstrating the ability to influence change within the organization by leveraging strong working relationships built on trust

 

Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of employment regulations in Indonesia
  • Proven experience in recruitment (especially for tech), organisational development, employee relations and related HR matters
  • You are a people person through and through: you’re comfortable talking to all kinds of people at all different levels about anything under the sun yet practice a high level of discretion around sensitive matters
  • You have a passion for people and HR, helping teams work better and bringing ideas into realities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

Salary

2500 - 5000 SGD
