Regional Head of Corporate

As a Regional Head of Corporate in honestbee, you’ll act as a principal leader of all honestbee cities and be responsible for mentoring them on commercial engagement, development and frame contract execution with Corporate Customers (MNCs and strategic domestic customers). Identifying and developing e-procurement solution within selective Corporate Customers to achieve allocated sales revenue target.

What you'll be doing?

  • Consistently achieve revenue targets within identified corporate customers by coaching different cities in establishing effective relationships, developing and negotiating frame contracts to position honestbee as a preferred supplier

  • Shape and define new opportunities, applying solution/discipline and manage the execution throughout APAC honestbee region

  • Develop effective Account Development & Compliance plans with short, medium and long term objectives to exceed portfolio sales/growth targets

  • Use Financial and Customer data to analyse and to preferential terms/service level agreements/contracts and ensure profitability

  • Arrange, prepare and manage effective meetings with pre-determined goals and objectives to benefit both honestbee and the Customer

  • To identify Customer needs and work with multi-functional teams to develop the profitable integration of relevant value added services with business operations

  • Implement e-commerce solutions and drive channel compliance within corporate customers

  • Prepare regular reporting data/management summaries


What are we looking for?

  • Master degree or equivalent business experience

  • Minimum 8~10 years experience of Corporate Account Management or Strategic Business Development and proven sales track record in E-Commerce/service B2B industries

  • Excellent understanding of the importance of cultural awareness and experience in managing these complexities across borders

  • Financial and business awareness with good numerical and analytical skills

  • Outstanding communicator, able to rapidly build and sustain relationships at all levels within the organization based on trust and consistent delivery to expectations

  • Evidence of the ability to create, implement and roll out strategic account planning and relationship development strategies

  • Energetic and enthusiastic team player, quick to grasp new concepts, with a can do approach to challenges

  • Strong written and verbal English language skills

  • Can accept frequent travel around APAC region

  • Understanding of e-commerce B2B solutions and procurement is a plus
